I will be hosting a Prom and Party wear sale event to help support free YMCA programming for kids, teens and families in Ottawa. Such as a free meal for a family who just arrived to the shelter at the Y or free summer camp during school break for a single mom who can't afford it ....etc. cheap prom dresses under 50
The sale event will take place during March break on the second floor of Merivale mall. Inside the Y employment and language centre.
If your looking for a cheap grade 8 graduation dress, a formal party dress or a prom dress, please come shop during the event to support my fundraising efforts. Staff at the Y centre, at Merivale mall, have also volunteered their time to make this event a success.
All proceeds will go to support free local programs. The sale is for gently used formal and party wear. And only cash will be accepted as a payment since they don't have a credit/interact machine.
For a sample of what's there, please see photos. There are so far 50 dresses for sale donated by generous people in Ottawa. Dates and exact times will be posted this Monday.
If you wish to donate a dress too, I still accept donations and will gladly pick them up.
