Sending my thoughts and prayers to one of my biggest Fitness Idols, Tony Sawyer Horton , as he battles RHS. I remember back in the Marines throwing in some P90X with the goal of being RIPPED like that guy on the screen killing those high speed workouts. Not going to lie, I had to secretly shorten a lot of those workouts in my attempts of trying to keep up. Years later I would have never imagined being on screen with the fitness legend himself.
