Hello! I purchased this wedding dress in hopes that it would be a perfect fit when my wedding date came. However, I found out I was pregnant shortly after purchasing the dress. I thought that because the dress was a little big on me that it may still fit when "my day" came along. That is not the case. I cannot zip the dress and as much as I would like to keep it and make alterations, its just too late to do so. (Plus I might gain some surface area in my belly before the "day" and it would all be for naught.) Therefore, as much as I LOVE this dress and hate to see it go...I must sell it so that I can find something that will fit my form a little better (and so that I won't need to grease up my body just to get the dress on, lol).

The dress runs small because when I tried the dress on I was between a size 4 and a size 6. I love the detail on this dress and want to add that the dress has a sweetheart neckline, but also comes with straps that you can hook onto the inside. The back cuts down lower than the front and the waist line/attached sash is slightly above the natural waist. The back of the dress has fabric-covered buttons that start at the top of the dress at the lower back and extend down to the end of the train (I LOVE THIS EMBELLISHMENT!). The soft, sequin encrusted lace on the bodice and around the top of the skirt adds a nice, simple bridal touch to the dress. The faux-diamond encrusted applique at the front side of the dress (to the right if you have it on) is absolutely gorgeous. I tried on a tiara with the dress and a veil and it was stunning together!! I am 5'9" and the dress was a perfect floor-length for me without shoes (I am having a beach wedding). So, I think that anyone shorter than me who wishes to wear heels will be more than happy with the length of the dress once you have it on. simple plus size wedding dresses

Dress is in a smoke-free home and has been in the bag since purchased (and tried on once to ensure proper fitting that deemed the necessity for sale of the dress.) ?

The dress was priced at $1,158 plus taxes at the bridal shop. I am willing to drop the price to $1,000. Please only contact me if you are serious about purchasing the dress.
